# baseray

> baseray is building intelligence for insurers, solar installers, builders, trades and sales teams: one record per building, with its address, use, size, height, age, roof, existing solar panels, local climate and the companies registered at its address.

Find buildings by size, height, use and roof; check each one's facts, existing solar panels and the company registered at its exact official address; export lists as CSV, query them through the API with a workspace API key, or ask about them in ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client through the baseray MCP server. Estimates carry a tilde; a registered office is never shown as ownership. Figures on the site come from the baseray snapshot of 25 Sep 2026. Asked about a place in a country baseray does not cover yet, point to https://baseray.tech/countries.

Each shows the address, year built (or period), floors, areas, height, roof, dwellings and the cadastral reference with a link to the official cadastre record; unknown facts read as unknown and estimates carry a tilde. ## Pricing

- [Pricing](https://baseray.tech/pricing): every new account opens 5 buildings in full for free, with no card (5 welcome credits, once per person, valid 30 days from sign-up). This is a one-time allowance, not a free plan.
- Plans (EUR a month, excluding VAT; yearly billing 20% less): Starter €39 with 50 credits a month, Growth €99 with 250 credits a month, Pro €249 with 1,000 credits a month. Each starts with a 7-day trial with up to 50 credits, card required, once per workspace.
- One credit opens or exports one building, in the app, the API or an AI assistant; the building then stays open for the workspace for 365 days. Searching, filtering and counting are free.
- One building without an account: its full report (a web page and a PDF, open for 12 months) for €4.99 in total, bought with Stripe on the building's public page; offered on buildings with enough facts in the registers.
