Plan credits renew every month and do not carry over, on monthly and yearly billing alike. Credits you buy on top last 12 months from payment, and the 5 welcome credits of a new account 30 days from sign-up. Yearly billing costs 20% less.

Can I try baseray for free?

Yes. Every new account opens 5 buildings in full for free, with no card and no plan. These 5 welcome credits are given once per person and last 30 days from sign-up. After that, every plan starts with a 7-day trial with up to 50 credits, once per workspace: a card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. There is no free plan.

What if I run out of credits?

Nothing is opened or charged. Buy credits on the billing page: €1 a building without a plan, or your plan’s price per building on a plan. They are used after the month’s plan credits and last 12 months from payment. Turn on auto-reload and baseray buys more with your saved card when you run low. You can also move to a bigger plan.

Are countries priced separately?

No. Every plan includes every live country, today Romania, Czechia and Denmark, and a credit costs the same in each. More countries are on the way: request yours at baseray.tech/countries.

Do prices include VAT?

No. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and every invoice is in your billing page.

Open the building’s page on baseray.tech (the address check finds it), tick the box under the full report and pay with Stripe. No account is needed. The report opens at once as a web page and a PDF, the link is emailed to you, and it stays open for 12 months. €4.99 is the total you pay. The offer is shown on buildings with enough facts in the registers.

Opening a building’s full record or exporting it as a row uses one credit. The API counts the same way: one credit per building returned.

Paid once for 12 months

A building your workspace has paid for stays open. Opening it again or exporting it in another list is free for 12 months.

Browsing stays free

The map, the filters, the counts, the 3D map and buildings' 3D models from open data never use credits, so you can size a territory before you spend anything.
